Why Our Addiction Treatment Programs Work
Here at The Freedom Center in Gaithersburg, MD, we offer fully customized treatment plans designed to meet a client’s individual and unique needs. Our substance abuse programs are composed of multiple group sessions, at least one weekly individual session with a Master’s Level primary therapist, psychiatrist sessions, and family sessions.
We conveniently offer afternoon and evening programs to meet each client’s schedule. Included within the treatment programs are several specialized therapy and counseling avenues designed to support the primary treatment program. The Freedom Center program is administered by a multi-disciplinary team of addiction and mental health professionals and is available Monday through Friday.
We offer the following levels of care to suit a variety of people’s needs and circumstances.
Inpatient Treatment Program
Inpatient programs are a type of residential care that focuses on providing individuals with around-the-clock health care and support. These programs help people learn to live more independently and with greater autonomy. Our team will be ready at a moment’s notice for you and your loved ones.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) are an intensive form of outpatient treatment designed to provide a higher level of care than traditional outpatient treatment. In Maryland, Partial Hospitalization Programs can be used for those suffering from substance use disorder and other addiction-related issues.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) are a type of outpatient care that focuses on providing individuals with the support, structure, and treatment needed to address substance use disorder or other addiction-related issues. Outpatient programs provide more convenience with only weekly visits required.
Outpatient Program (OP)
Outpatient programs are best for those who need quality treatment but also have responsibilities and obligations outside of recovery. Through a tailored and convenient schedule, a person can attend weekly sessions while still living life outside of treatment.
Dual Diagnosis
A dual diagnosis occurs when a person is diagnosed with both a psychiatric condition and a substance use disorder. Our dual diagnosis treatment program provides everything from therapy and medical assistance to holistic treatment and even legal aid – everything to make your life easier while receiving treatment. We are committed to assisting our clients in overcoming and remaining free of addiction.
